Pre-Translation
The translation process begins by you sending us either the entire document you wish to
have translated or a portion thereof. You can send us your text as a file attachment in an
E-mail message or mail us a hardcopy. We will then analyze the document (perform a word
count, assess the level of difficulty for the subject field, identify any problems, etc.)
and send you a free quotation detailing all costs (translation, formatting and terminology
research if no glossary is available.) |
When you accept our proposal, we put together the team for your project and assign a
Project Manager. The Project Manager is in charge of answering any questions you may
have about the progress of your project. This is the person who will contact you if a
problem arises. |

Translation
The translation process is divided into several stages. Once a team has been
assigned your project, team members research your terminology and consult the existing
glossary. If no glossary is available, they develop one working in close collaboration
with your linguistic team. We then send you the final glossary for your approval. |
The translation is then carried out by a native speaker using the terminology you
verified. This guarantees uniformity throughout the project.
Translated texts are carefully checked against the original by another professional
translator to find any errors they might contain. The final translated text is then sent
to you for approval. |
